Hi,
I've a user here in the office, who has a problem with one buddy
entry. The buddy entry is always showing as "Offline" At first, I
thought it might be a problem with multiple buddy entries bundled
together as a contact, but that's not it. Getting info on the buddy
(which is an AIM account) shows only "User Information Unavailable:
Service Unavailable" even when the buddy account is online. The user
is unable to message the broken buddy entry, with the same "Service
Unavailable" message. Removing and re-adding the buddy does not
produce any positive results. The user is able to add other AIM
accounts, and they show up correctly. Other users are able to add the
problem buddy and communicate correctly, which suggests it is not an
issue with the buddy account.
When adding the buddy, generates this sequence in the debug log:

Does anyone have any idea what is preventing this one buddy entry from
working?
