i have a feature you may like to look into.
my current working of pidgin is as follows:
i have 2 users loged in at the same time.
user 1 has friend 1 and 2.
user 2 has friend 3 and 4.
user 1 starts a chat with friend 1, a window opens.
user 1 starts a chat with friend 2, the chat window becomes a single chat
window with 2 tab headings of friend 1 and 2
now if user 2 starts a chat with friend 3, the same window becomes 3 tabs of
friend 1,2,3
the feature i wish for you to try to add is a seperate chat window for each
user.
when user 1 starts a chat with many friends window 1 with house only user 1
friends.
when user 2 starts a chat with many friends window 2 with house only user 2
friends.
with many users loged in, the "friend" names may conflict due to having the
same name between users.
this can cause user 1 to chat to user 2 friend and vice versa.
