You forgot to say you were using Yahoo! instant messaging!
Which pidgin version?
What did you do just before you got the error?
What does the debug log say, in particular, which language does it say
the profile is in?
You get the message if:
1) the profile author has specified a language not supported by Yahoo!
2) the profile author has specified a language that is new to Yahoo! and
not yet known to Pidgin;
3) Yahoo! have changed the format of the profile page such that Pidgin
no longer knows where to look for the language.
Which of these is most likely in your case?
As of 2.6.4, the supported languages were: DA, DE, EL, EN_GB, EN,
ES_AR, ES_ES, ES_MX, ES_US, FR_CA, FR_FR, IT, JA, KO, NO, PT, PT_BR, SV,
ZH_CN, ZH_HK, ZH_US, ZH_TW and XX.
