Yes, search for the Extended Preferences plugin, it provides an extra
prefs tab with a setting for that.

Another inefficiency is the amount of disclaimer text you posted to his
mailing list, if you read it you'll note that its provisions simply
cannot apply to anything sent to a mailing list. Please try to avoid
appending it again, and if it's set by your corporate IT people then
I'd suggest you get after them with a clue bat.
