On the contrary, something is wrong with lists which automatically
redirect replies to the list. Search the Internet for 'Reply-to
munging considered harmful' for some reasons why.
Your mailer should have a 'reply to list' function which will work
properly for this list. If it does not, I suggest finding a mailer
which understands modern email.
