There is not enough here to give a definitive answer, however, in
decreasing order of frequency, the most common problems are:
1) Trying to this on Windows.
2) Trying to do this for a service/protocol for which Pidgin doesn't
support it;
3) Trying to do it on version of LInux on which it is not supported.
