The specifics on how to clear out existing user data will vary
according to your operating system, but essentially you want to delete
your ".purple" directory. Where to find that directory is described

This will delete pidgin's memory of the accounts, but won't delete the
accounts, as the accounts are not pidgin accounts, but rather with the
individual instant messaging services.
How to delete the accounts will vary from service to service and may not
even be possible.
