Unless your problem is already listed on http://www.pidgin.im/support/ there is very little anyone can do unless you provide the information specified at the URL I gave you, including the actual service you are accessing.

Emails are not formal business letters, whatever businesses may want.
RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
