Having separate windows per-account/buddy list defeats the entire purpose
for which pidgin exists, namely to unify the mess of windows/clients
needed to keep up with multiple accounts across multiple protocols. So no,
this isn't something that is possible nor is it something that will ever
be added officially. (A plugin could probably do something like this if
they really wanted to.)
You can set status per-account with the status editor. Select "New
status..." or "Saved statuses..." from the status selector in the buddy
list and expand the "Use a different status for some accounts" dropdown at
the bottom of the status editor window. These "complex" statuses can even
be saved for later use.
