Lately there were problems with MSN and some certificates.
It occurres with several versions of Pidgin, installing the newest one didn’t make a difference.
Version 2.7.7 should work round this MSN change. If it doesn't, you will need to provide a copy of a the Pidgin debug log (with sensitive data removed).
