The following error message pops up even when I do not have Pidgin running.
What do I need to do to fix this problem. Pidgin appears to be working as I am
able to receive IM's and can also send IM's. I'm wondering if this error
message has more to do with the computer settings and Pidgin or the IM
server[s] and Pidgin. Currently Pidgin is interfacing with 5 different IM's
and Facebook chat.
Any advise will be appreciated.
Error Changing Account Info
Error 0x0001: Unable to format username because the requested name differs
from the original.
