Saying it didn't work doesn't really help us help you.
What exactly did you do? What error messages (if any) came up? What does
the debug log say (with as little private information obfuscated as
possible)?

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
