Be very careful what chat rooms you join with that loaded. Without
sufficient sanitization (which you don't appear to even be attempting)
that's a gaping security hole for malicious chat room names.
This is the same problem virtually every other text-to-speech/festival
plugin in the history of pidgin has had so don't feel bad about it.
$flags is also a poor variable name for a conversation and the arguments
for the sent-chat-msg signal don't include the conversation that way so
that's probably throwing lots of errors to the debug log.
