It looks like Connect Port is set to 80 and Connect Server is set to port80.olark.com. Is that correct? Have you tried leaving those two fields empty (on the Advanced tab of the account)?
Or are you using those settings because you're behind some sort of restrictive firewall? If the latter, maybe you need to configure a proxy in Tools --> Preferences --> Proxy?
