Christine,

We cannot give you your username and password. You will need to contact your internal Oracle IT department for this. In doing so will you also please have them correct their policies so this is clear in the future and people don't email us for issues we cannot help with.

I am new to Oracle and just tried logging into my Pidgin account.  Could you please assist me with my login and password info.  I can pull up the Pidgin window, however the “New Instant Message” and “Add Buddy” options on the drop-down menu are not available to me.
