I just installed the 2.10.7 (the latest) version on windows 7 and tried to activate the OTR pluging. To my dismay it was not listed in the plugin list window. Anybody knows why? I understand I can download and install it on my own but it is such a hassle and most of all i would expect it to be there by default. Am I doing something wrong?
