@Cody, These emails go to a public community supported mailing list for a free software product called "Pidgin". For proper support, you should always ask your IT department or contractor first as we do not have access to your account.
If by chance you are using Office Communicator, I've been able to sign in by disabling encryption<http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_9hmP3Ho0t14/TLSil-WC06I/AAAAAAAAAc8/JgmiMpD2hzw/s1600/Screenshot-Add+Account-1.png> and switching to TCP. This is a security risk though and you should contact your internal IT department before making any changes to your client. - tres.finocchi...@gmail.com On Thu, Jan 16, 2014 at 10:05 AM, Cody Lawson <cody.law...@bisonline.com>wrote: > Hello, > > My company uses pidgin as an inter-office communication > tool and I am having difficulties with the software.
