@David, Please read up on the Portable App directory format explained here: http://portableapps.com/development/portableapps.com_format Home folders are remapped to a Data directory on your removable media, i.e. PidginPortable\Data\settings If this directory doesn't exist, you need to launch the application at least once so that it gets built.
