David's earlier response still stands. Pidgin does not operate any
services, thusly this community mailing list has absolutely zero access
to any service providers and thusly username and password information,
including reset requests, cannot be fulfilled in any fashion by this
mailing list.
Again, reaching out to the support for whatever service provider you're
using is the best course of action. This list cannot help in any fashion.

Asking on this mailing list is like asking Microsoft to reset your bank
password just because you use Internet Explorer to access their online banking.
