Hi, According to this bug https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/7625 you need to install the 32 bit version of bonjour. If that is what you already have, you will probably have to look at firewall issues and/or provide a debug log (see instructions at https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/TipsForBugReports)
