Hello. I just tried to install the Pidgin PPA package on Linux Mint 17 AMD64. It said that this version is not supported, and that if it's a new version of Mint, I should email this address and request an updated package...so here you go. :-) According to Mint's web site, this is the latest version (it's been out a few months). Thanks for maintaining this package!
