Hello, I have a small problem while using pidgin. We have setup pidgin for customer support. lets say we have a,b and c users for live chat (customer support) if a new user come online (for eg 'd'). Now 'd' start chatting with customer support 'a', other customer supporters also get the notification of 'd' being online but could not see that 'a' is chatting with 'd', then 'b' and 'c' also start chatting with 'd'. how to resolve this problem so that when 'a' is chatting with 'd', 'b' and 'c' also see the chat message so that no conflict will arise.
