Every time my internet connection drops & reconnects (which is quite often since im on comcast) Pidgin loads itself. Is there any way to disable this? Even if its closed & im not using it, if my connection drops even for just a second, all the sudden Pidgin loads out of nowhere. Every morning when i get up Pidgin has loaded itself up in the middle of fhe night.
Now, before you tell me to turn off the "load when windows starts" option, Its already disabled & its not what im talking about anyway. Does Pidgin have a service or something it installs which is monitoring my internet connection even when Pidgin isnt running? Can i disable that & still be able to use Pidgin?
