Hi Linda, Have a look in ~/.purple/accounts.xml (on Linux) or %appdata%\.purple\accounts.xml (on Windows) to find your stored password. You may need to contact the admin of whichever server you're trying to login to if you're wanting to reset your password, as this support mailing list is only for the Pidgin application, not any service you happen to be using.
