Who runs or owns the im.dpfox.net server? Is it a corporate server (instead of a public service)? If it is a corporate server then it may be locked down so that only users on a corporate computer or on the corporate network can access it. I note that the server has a web page here, http://im.dpfox.net/ (with a link to a publicly accessible Openfire admin login page!), but that does not necessarily mean that access to the IM protocols are allowed for non-corporate computers or from non-corporate networks. If im.dpfox.net is a corporate server then I would suggest contacting your corporate IT staff to confirm the correct settings for home access to the chat server. -- Mark Rousell
