What folder(s) do these icons reside in?

I don't think that's the problem since I made a backup of the install directory
and copied back all the missing icons.
When I try to add an account, I see all the icons on the drop-down.
Also, it does not show XMPP "badges" as well, and those are built-in.

Hi Alex,

Unfortunately, the Pidgin installer will remove all protocol icons from third
party plugins when it upgrades an existing version of Pidgin.  You'll need to
re-download all the protocol icons from the protocol plugins that don't ship
with Pidgin for the icons to show up where Conversation Badger puts them

Cheers,
Eion

After I upgraded Pidgin to 2.13.0 on Windows 10, the Conversation Badger

    Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Alex.
