Hi, Our users comment that they cannot link a transcript from Pidgin if the client doesn’t end the sessions/conversation. They can see the Transcript in Olark. If they use the native Olark client, the are able to link the transcript regardless of the client status.
Is this is a known limitation? If not, how would we get this working? Thanks, Peter
