Most enquiries from Oracle employees are about accessing their in house
IM system. Are you sure you haven't, somehow, selected completely the
wrong service type.
If you do want to access the in house system, the people on this peer
support list cannot help you, as we have no access to Oracle's
infrastructure. We believe it is XMPP based.
