There is absolutely no way anyone on this peer support mailing list can answer that question on the information given.
The best people to ask are probably the people that operate your account, but there is no information in your report which would give us a clue as to who they are.
In practice, to make a start, we would need the exact error message and the Pidgin debug log contents.
