Indovision’s Customer Care

I have been a subscriber of Indovision for ten years and pay a lot of money 
every month – always on time. 

Besides the fact that Indovision offers very poor quality of movies (cheap and 
old football, baseball and car-race soaps) for many months we have not received 
the monthly program guide in time.

Complaining has been in vain. Indovision’s management ignorantly denies the 
fact that postal services in a vast country take longer than what it takes in 
the Jakarta area. 

Lame excuses, such as “holidays” are given.  It is January 10 and so far the 
January edition has not arrived! We consider this a major failure of customer 
service and the person in charge should be fired.
