OKeVision Not So OK The Jakarta Post, Tuesday, 27 January 2009
I recently had a bad experience with a satellite service provider called OKe Vision in Central Java. Having asked the local agent in Pati for Indovision, I was offered OKe Vision, which was allegedly the new name for Indovision. Service was fine for a week and then stopped. After repeated requests for it to be reinstated, nothing happened despite several phone calls to the service provider and visits to the installer. The service provider informed me that OKe Vision is not the new name for Indovision but an alternative provider. The unit has now been returned to the agent. I would suggest that potential customers think very carefully before using this service.
