If you have any good suitable consultants, please get back to me ASAP. *Position: Senior Java/J2EE Developer (3positions available) Location: Princeton, NJ* *Duration: 6 Months Contract * *Minimum 8 yrs of Java experience is mandatory*** * * Summary : The candidates filling these Lead positions will be responsible for working with Solution Architects in the high-level systems design/architecture and full-scale implementation of the system. The initial phase will be focused on elaborating the design, definitions of components and interfaces, evaluation of existing components and 3rd party components for applicability and developing some prototypes and proofs of concepts. The expectation is that after the design phase the candidates will continue into the development and implementation of the system. During the development phase the candidates will perform in a server-side development role or may also work on client side, and may also be responsible for writing requirements/technical specifications/use cases. The candidates are expected to demonstrate expertise in core Java and J2EE as well as web technologies such as XHTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and XPATH. Applicants should have experience using multiple programming/scripting languages, developing automated test cases using the JUNIT Framework, and in cross browser development. Experience with JSF, Spring and Hibernate frameworks is a major plus. The candidates are expected to work creatively and independently to accomplish project goals. Experience & Skills: The ideal candidate(s) must have at least 8-10 years experience of progressively diverse analysis, development, and testing experience using Java and Web technologies, specifically in software development, 6 years as a Lead Developer, 2 years in IT Application Architecture and applications design. The person(s) must demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with the responsibilities outlined above.
