IT QA Analyst II – Forms and Ratings (3 openings) Location: Santa Ana, CA Rate is $35 C2C* * *Position Overview:* This QA Analyst will be responsible for conducting software QA testing on multiple applications in the following environments: SQL Server, .Net, Java, Data Warehouse, HP NonStop. This individual will write test plans and test cases based on business requirement and technical specifications; conduct function, regression, integration, automation, and performance testing. This person must have insurance rating experience and strong insurance industry knowledge. *Position Description: * * Require* · 5 + years IT QA testing experience. · 5 + years experience in programming languages, such as C#, C++ or Java. · 5 + years experience in MS SQL, SQL Server database and back-end testing. · 5 + years experience in writing test plan and test cases, and experience in both manual and automated testing · Experience in multiple testing methodologies in SDLC life cycle. · Experience in defect tracking using defect tracking tools · Must be able to work under self direction with minimal supervision and guidance; be able to prioritize assigned work and coordinate with other team members and business users. · Excellent people skills when interacting with developers and users. · Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience is required (Computer Science Degree is big plus) · HP NonStop experience is big plus · Must be excellent in MS Office Applications -- Best Regards, Praneeth.
