Supplemental duties will consist of the in-depth understanding and working knowledge of the following: 1: Experience with SIP Trunking for voice gateways CUCM connectivity 2: Knowledge of analog, PRI and other telecom circuits, including timers, etc. 3: CUCM v6x - 8x, UCCE v, IPIVR scripting, Unified Communication Mgr (UNITY) 4: Digital Gateways / Gatekeepers (Understanding the difference) 5: Dial plan design, Branch site Dial plan design 6: Understanding Cluster builds and Super Cluster builds 7: Bat, CCMUSERS, User/device/ profile administration secure mgmt. 8: SIP gateway t-shooting Inter cluster trunking 9: inbound call failure due to PSTN to IP failure (COS) 10: IP to IP gateway and expertise building voice gateway configurations (dial peers, translation patterns, etc.) 11: SRST, AAR within CM 12: Unity Connection 13: IPMA.
