 Our client is seeking a SharePoint and CRM Administrator.

Communication skills are a huge key

 The Sharepoint Administration is the key – heavy experience with workflow
is a key as well.



MS SharePoint Administrator

-Create new sites, lists, libraries, and workflows in SharePoint to support
and improve business processes.

-Teach users how to build and maintain document libraries, lists, and web
pages within Microsoft SharePoint sites.

-Encourage users to utilize the intranet tool as a method to communicate
department announcements, updates, issues, and share resources.

-Work with business process owners to implement new SharePoint projects
throughout the organization.

-Understand when SharePoint is or is not an appropriate solution and
communicate this effectively.

-Serve as 2nd Tier Helpdesk Support for SharePoint-specific issues.



MS Dynamics CRM Administrator

-Utilize CRM to manage sales contact data, create and prepare reports, make
modifications to screens and workflows, track marketing campaigns, and
other administrative tasks to support effective use of Dynamics CRM.

-Develop and document new processes and tools for site requests, site
testing, administration and management.

-Develop CRM training documents as needed.

-Create new fields and entities within CRM to expand the functionality and
usability of the tool.

-Maintain business units and configure security, users and teams, and
organizational
settings.

-Build and execute automated reports specific to departmental and executive
needs.

-Serve as 2nd Tier Helpdesk Support for CRM-specific issues.

 Required Qualifications:

-5 years’ experience supporting the design and deployment of enterprise
wide SharePoint 2007/2010 implementations and customizations, to include
permissions, lists, libraries, Wiki, and other platform offerings.

-Understand the differences between sites, site collections, workspaces,
web parts, document libraries, and lists as they relate to SharePoint and
know when and how to use them.

-Able to compare, analyze, recommend third party tools to enhance
SharePoint environment.

-Training of individuals on use of SharePoint products and 3rd party
add-ons.

-Administering user security including the use of Active Directory groups.

-Experience utilizing jQuery ,JavaScript, CSS, XSLT

-Experience developing custom SharePoint Designer Workflows, and InfoPath
forms.

-Experience using SharePoint Designer

-Experience using Central Administration

-Experience customizing SharePoint user interface utilizing web tools

-asp.net development experience.

-Experience with SharePoint migrations.

MS Dynamics CRM administration experience.

Provide data and training to the sales team on an ongoing basis.

Hands-on customer support and application troubleshooting.

Provide guidance for enhancements and automation of MS CRM to support the
sales processes.

Configuration and customization of MS CRM based on company requirements.

Developing workflows based on company defined processes.

Creating reports using MS CRM reporting and SSRS.

Adhoc analysis of the sales processes.

Data import/export for marketing campaigns.



Preferred, but not required:

-PowerShell scripting knowledge.

-Experience in MS Business Intelligence and PowerPivot.

-CAML experience
