Required: Certified Teradata Master v2r5 Experience with either Netvault or Netbackup Experience with Teradata 12 or higher Experience with Teradata Manager and PMON Experience with Linux/Unix node level utilities Experience with T@YS Knowledge of viewpoint Exposure of LDAP bases authentication Description: Teradata DBA will be part of global team of Teradata DBAs located in New York and Mumbai. Team is responsible for providing day to day DBA support for MSSB and ISG Teradata installations. Some of the day to day activities are: Performance monitoring, change implementation, performance tuning, backup and recovery, privilege maintenance, user maintenance, new database setup, troubleshooting DBQL and PDCR issues, educating users, troubleshooting user issues, etc. Team is responsible for overseeing all hardware and software changes by Teradata support and CSRs.
