We are urgently looking for a consultant for a direct client in CA as under. **** Role: Senior Salesforce.com Developer**** Location: Mountain View, CA**** Duration: 6 months**** Rate: Open- DOE**** *Note: Only Permanent Residents and US Citizens will be considered.* Job Duties:**** Design, Develop and implement applications on the Salesforce platform.**** Should have the ability to work in an agile development model with good experience in functional design, unit and integration testing of various web components.**** Fluency in database development and data migration and ability to work on large data migration activities. Skills Required: • 6 or more years of demonstrated development and design experience required • Minimum 3 years working with Salesforce.com and the Force.com platform • Solid understanding of and experience with Force.com development including Apex and VisualForce • Experience using the Force.com data loader and handling data migration assignments • Work with technical teams and senior architects to finalize architecture specifications and create design as it relates to the customization and/or integration of a CRM system • Capable of recommending alternate choices, trade-offs, and impact analysis • Experience with Software-as-a-Service and/or cloud-based concepts • Proficiency in HTML, XML, Flex, JavaScript, SQL, Java or C#, SOAP-based web services • Skilled with data modeling, process modeling, and version control systems • Strong capabilities performing independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast paced environment • Ability to follow an agile or iterative software development methodology • Experience packaging and promoting code between environments • Excellent unit testing abilities with strong attention to detail • Salesforce.com Certified Developer a plus**** • Strong verbal and written communication skills**** • Industry experience min 5 years.
