Primary responsibility is to serve as an IT Project Manager supporting IT
Engineering project/program related tasks for the Services Platform SP3
Program (218041 Discrete Order Management).
Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with IT project
managers to develop and maintain a consolidated project work plan, resource
planning (including professional services, hardware and software),
coordinating equipment build activities, attending key program meetings,
documenting key issues and escalating accordingly, communicating to key
stakeholders within the Program about critical decisions and ensuring
timely completion of those decisions.
Primary Responsibilities for this engagement include: Dev and manage
detailed project work plan for assigned project/program;Collaborate with IT
PM to update and manage cross-functional milestones and dependencies;
Facilitate meetings as needed; Publish meeting minutes; Coord equip built
activities; control excel.
