PSFT_HCM/Core HRMS/Payroll / Commitment Accounting/General Ledger
Integration



.             Review Lone Star payroll year-end process for Calendar Year
2011.  Formulate and document recommendations for business process
improvement based on best practices.



.             Review the Payroll to General Ledger Interface configuration
and business process.  Troubleshoot issues with the integration as well as
the creation of HR Accounting Lines.  Re-test integration.



.             Review the Payroll to Accounts Payable integration.
Coordinate with Financials Consultant and Technical Consultant to resolve
issues.



.             Review Commitment Accounting configuration and related
business processes.  Formulate and document recommendations for
improvements.   Define a process for loading budgets into HCM as well as
retro-budgeting.  Review the downstream effects of all fields on Commitment
Accounting integrations with other modules.



.             Coordinate with Technical Consultant to resolve outstanding
I-9 certifications (Approximately 200 employees who are actually I-9
certified show as uncertified - must be marked as "certified" in PeopleSoft)
