Applicants should have 3-5 years testing experience. The applicant will assist in the development and execution of test plans for number of software systems. These systems include web and client/server applications as well as applications targeted to hand held (Pocket PC/Windows Mobile/iPhone/iPad) devices. Applicant will also be responsible for communication with clients as related to software issues. They want someone who has automation testing as well as manual. The applicant will be responsible for: 2. Creating and executing test plans in both web, client, and PDA (including iPhone and iPad) applications 3. Maintaining and managing defect tracking system (Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla...any defect tracking experience is a must) 4. Troubleshooting and tech support for various software applications 5. Business analyst and project management tasks Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Testing areas is required.
