*Job Description: *
· Organize and conduct *Scrum meetings*
· Partner with *Product Owner* to achieve maximum project return on
investment and meet project objectives
· Manage *sprint planning* and execution which includes the
management of project progress and provide status & visibility
· Identify and manage cross team dependencies
· *Serve as a mentor and coach for sprint teams.*
· Facilitate issue resolution with the team
*Requirement:*
· 4+ Years experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
· 2-4 years Project Management and Scrum Master experience.
· Experience designing, documenting and implementing business
solutions
· Experience writing detailed requirements for software development
projects
· Effective verbal, oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work on fast-paced, complex projects with tight
deadlines
· Program management experience
· Competence in delivery of executive-level communications
· Experience with office automation tools (e.g. PowerPoint and
Microsoft Project) and familiarity with modeling tools (e.g. Visio)
· Understanding of all phases of client-server applications
technology and programming graphical user interfaces
· Ability to adapt to continually-changing priorities
· Bachelors or equivalent
· Project Management certification or equivalent, preferred.
· Scrum Master certification (CSM), preferred
· Agile methodology experience, preferred
