*Requirement Details * Position : SFDC/CRM Consultant Location : N/A (Can be based out of any location.Need to travel to HCL client locations as needed (All travel is paid by HCL) Duration : Fulltime Rate : Salary + Bonus 150k+ Benefits Client : HCL (No end client) * * *No of openings/positions : 4* *Responsibilities to be done : * - 15+ yrs of IT experience and more than 8 years of CRM/ SFDC experience. - Elicit requirements using interviews with key stakeholders, document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use case scenarios and workflow analysis to understand true business needs. - Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates to ensure consistency and identify dependencies in requirements. - Subject Matter Expert on the business processes with experience to map it functionally to the required Salesforce.com technologies. - Co-author the solution design document. - Provide best practices for security model, data validations, data modeling, reporting and analytics. - Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrix and ensure requirements are being met throughout the project. - Baseline requirements and manage changes utilizing established change control processes. - Ensure effective communication and transition of business requirements to design and development teams. -- Thanks & Regards, <[email protected]> Navi Sandhu [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SureIT" group.
