Job description: JBoss professionals will be responsible for guiding the full lifecycle of solutions around key JBoss projects and other open source technologies. A successful candidate should have hands-on experience with JBoss Application Server installation, configuration and administration preferably on Linux and cloud based environments. Ability to install and securely implement JBoss Enterprise middle-ware components. Ability to configure clustering and load-balancing across VMs. Scripting skills are also needed for basic operations and maintenance tasks. *Desired Skills & Experience:* Qualified candidates should have 3+ years’ experience in JBOSS implementations in a Linux/UNIX Environment. This role works with application teams to design and implement java/web solutions that support business applications within all business units. Experience with JMS Architecture is a plus. Additionally, this role is responsible for the operational management of the application server system. - 3+ years in JBOSS and Weblogic Implementations. - Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration and tuning of the entire JBoss Middleware Platform products like Enterprise Application Server and JBoss SOA-P in RHEL Linux operating system. - Experience with SOA architectures including Enterprise Service Bus, Workflow components and developing large scale SOA implementations a definite plus. - Administrator will also have to work with RedHat engineers for implementation, performance, monitoring and tuning of the JBoss environments.
