Proficiency with unit testing and validation of work *Job Description*: Client is working to move from a flat file mainframe environment to a sql environment to eliminate batch processing and ultimately provide more real time reporting through their Microstrategy reporting tool. This will allow them to produce enterprise dashboards and track trends of customers. These projects will be focused on data from PolicyCenter, which is a guidewire product around the auto loan line as well as trend analytics from customers. Interview Information: Who is the Internal/External Customer: Customers are primarily internal. They include policy teams as well as marketing. Impact to the Internal/External Customer: The impact to the internal customer is better customer (policy holder) analytics, which will allow for trend analysis. Business Challenge: The client is tasked with moving data from a flat file, mainframe environment to a sql environment on db2 that will allow for real time reporting. They need to move data from source to target.
