*Please send suitable profiles.* *Technical BA w/ Pivotal or Salesforce* *Location is midtown, NYC right near Grand Central. **( face to face )* POSITION CONSULTANT - Technical Business Analyst SUMMARY This position will assume a technical analysis and support role within Jennison's Application Development team with a focus on Customer relationship management (CRM) system and activities. RESPONSIBILITIES · Facilitate specification review meetings with business end-users to capture business requirements and translate into written specifications / technical designs. · Perform analysis related to data requirements, process / flows and document solutions. · Identify / document gaps and inefficiencies and recommend solutions. · Define user acceptance review process with the business. · Create comprehensive test plans, perform testing and assist end users with respect to system navigation & data workflow during the user acceptance testing process. · Assist project manager with project plan task definition & estimates, and/or assemble own task list that leads to the successful delivery of a project. · Effectively communicate relevant project information to a variety of stakeholder audiences. · Coordinate and communicate the impact of planned releases to end users · Provide end user support and training where necessary and mentor less experienced team members. · Act as a liaison between business, technology and vendor teams. REQUIREMENTS · BS / BA degree in Information Technology, Business Administration (Accounting or Finance); advanced degree a plus · 7+ years of proven business analysis experience in Asset Management or related industry. · 5+ years of Pivotal & Salesforce experience; development experience a plus · Thorough understanding of Pivotal & Salesforce capabilities and limitations · Experience upgrading or implementing Pivotal, Salesforce, or related CRM system a plus · Able to lead requirements elicitation workshops, work with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria, moderate brainstorming sessions, etc. · Experience writing specifications, e.g., business requirements, functional requirements, etc. that are clear, concise and well organized. · Experience writing and executing test plans. · Experience with SQL and/or navigating databases via query tool is required · Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills. · Able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members, and management. · Ability to balance multiple priorities and shift priorities as needed. · Must be comfortable working directly with the end-users to address production issues and complete project related work. · Requires minimal direction and maintains ownership of tasks. · Knowledge of technology and software development lifecycle is a plus.
