Candidates will be required to provide 24x7 on-call technical support when assigned to do so. *Position Responsibilities:* - Virtual desktop management; creation of VDI templates, pools, administration and management - Mobile device management; managing MDM policies and providing best practices - Client Management; management of Windows & OSX workstations; image creation/deployment, software deployment, patching, security and reporting - GPO administration, Scripting, VBScript, Powershell, Windows/OSX OS/iOS engineering - Create end user troubleshooting documentation, software documentation, and continuous process improvements - Work with internal IT teams on department projects *Qualifications:* - 3+ Years Desktop engineering experience - VMWare View 5.0+, VCenter and VSphere - Airwatch or like MDM experience (Mobile Iron) - Extensive knowledge of Server/LAN communications hardware and software deployment experience - Extensive Software Package experience: .MSI, InstallShield, .DMG, .APP, Application switches - Client Management Suite: Altiris 7.5 & JAMF Casper Suite - Windows/OSX engineering: OSX 10.9+, Apple Configurator, iOS, Windows 7+, - Windows Sysprep, Hardware Independent Imaging, Driver Injection - Ability to write and assist with SQL, VBScript, PowerShell and other scripting technologies - Requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, analytical skills, and organizational skills - Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language with strong customer service - Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail - Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - This position requires a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related discipline Sincerely, Karthik Resource Manager Pace Computer Solutions Inc.
