Please send suitable profiles. *Need a Strong BA w/ Archer experience.* Strong BA background creating Business Requirement Documents Must have Archer/Ariba experience Insurance/Financial services background a plus A highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst is needed to direct the requirements for applying technology to satisfy the business needs of Vendor Risk Management & Governance Program (VRMGP) and to support the demands of Federal Readiness team. The primary technology used for VRMGP is Vendor Governance System (VGS). *DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:* ? Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements meetings, business process descriptions, scenarios, task and workflow analysis ? Critically analyze and evaluate data / information gathered from multiple sources and reconcile / address conflicts ? Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding ? Identify and organize requirements, processes and supporting tools using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis ? Design optimal functionality/solutions for integration to VGS ? Distinguish user requests from underlying need; ability to translate company policy & standards and true needs into application and process requirements ? Ability to enforce and follow a defined change control / change management process ? Create and maintain workflows, approval processes and validation rules based on internal stakeholder requirements ? Create and maintain training materials and documentation as VGS functionality is added or updated ? Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistency of risk assignment across contracts and vendors. ? Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity ? Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed ? Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information. ? Serve as a conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow ? Ability to generate accurate and timely management reports ? Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their requirements ? Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. ? Work with business unit personnel to identify required changes and communicate information to technology team. ? Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:* ? Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology or related experience ? Minimum of 5 years Business Analyst experience ? Proficient with technology and MS Office ? Individual with integrity, energy, enthusiasm, strong organization skills and attention to detail. ? Professional who is apolitical, business-focused and exercises good judgment. ? Relationship management experience and a demonstrated ability to influence without authority. ? Ability to interact professionally with diverse group, executes, managers and subject matter experts is required ? Good listener who seeks input and involves others in his/her communications. ? Resourceful and innovative with a demonstrated ability to get things done. ? Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail oriented ? Strong working knowledge and deep experience with Microsoft Office ? Self starter who can complete tasks accurately with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, technical staff and subject matter experts ? Strong communication skills, including verbal and written ? Good people skills allowing for informal communication and sharing and validation of ideas ? Prior vendor management, risk management experience with multi-national financial services organization is preferred (e.g. insurance company, bank, etc.) ?
