The job role includes: * Conduct detailed requirements workshops (to resolve outstanding issues / gaps and gather detailed information for system configuration) * Prototyping / demonstration of resolution when required * Documentation of changes * Unit testing * Creation of detailed functional specifications for new development * Integration testing Job Requirements * A minimum of 5 years of Oracle forms experience in a support environment * Strong Analytical skills * Ability to work with Users to understand the issue and/or new requirements * Ability to work independently with little supervision * Team player and positive attitude * Ability to manage tight timelines * Good oral and written communication skill * Ability to create testing scripts and performing end to end testing Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. Oversees testing and develops fixes. May require a bachelors degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude required. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
