Please send suitable profiles. *PeopleSoft Technical Consultant* *Department: Corporate Technology Services – Finance IT* *Location: New York-midtown* *Department overview:* The Finance IT and Program/Project Delivery team sits within the Corporate Technology Services area. The team supports the Finance department, including the Product Control, Financial Reporting, MIS, Treasury, and Regulatory areas. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance on the different aspects of the Peoplesoft applications, particularly in General Ledger and Treasury modules. *Key Responsibilities: * The CTS PS Technical Consultant will report into the CTS Finance Group Manager and will be responsible for analyzing current performance issues, documenting and evaluating technical configurations, and recommending and testing solutions. Typical tasks shall include: Diagnose and analyze current performance issues and recommend interim and permanent solutions to assure stability of Peoplesoft production environments - Provide sound Peoplesoft technical expertise/guidance/designs for the NHA derivatives project cover the PeopleSoft Treasury and General Ledger modules - Coordinate performance / stress testing, liaise with DBA and other infrastructure groups, formulate and document comprehensive test plans / scripts and present technical solutions to management - Serve as a technical advisor on all development efforts around Integration Broker configurations and messaging, workflow technology, security and other Peoplesoft-related technologies. *Qualifications:* Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required: At least 6 years PeopleSoft Financial techno-functional experience - Relevant experience in Peoplesoft 9.1 and Peopletools 8.52 or later - Prior experience on at least one of the following PeopleSoft Financials modules (General Ledger (GL), Cash Management(CM) , Deal Management (DM) ,and the Financial Gateway(FG)). - Thorough understanding of Integration Broker which includes but not limited to configuring integration gateway, creating service operations and administering integrations - Strong knowledge on Messaging , Integration Testing Tools and Utilities , JMS Connectors - Expertise in Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Package, SQL and UNIX Shell script is required. - Knowledge of Swift messaging is a strong a plus - Working knowledge of web server and application server administration - Familiarity with MQSeries is a plus - Java programming experience is a plus Strong background on Oracle database performance tuning concepts - Strong background on stored procedures - Proven experience in tuning performance processes within the Peoplesoft suite of applications - Knowledge of the new optimizer features, dynamic sampling, parallelism, SQL profile etc. - Proven experience on SQL optimization and performance tuning preferably on Oracle 11g - Worked on managing high volume financial data - Experience with various archiving strategies of Peoplesoft data Experience working across global teams within a large organization - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles - Strong problem solving, research skills and the ability to triage and independently run through a series of potential solutions Must be a self starter and team player with the ability to influence and drive teams toward solutions in a productive manner Thanks, Vardhan [image: FINAL_INNOVATIVEj (2)] Innovative Information Technologies, Inc. | 200 Metroplex Drive, Suite 408, Edison, NJ 08817 732-985-9100 Ext 206 | vard...@innovativeinfotech.com <tan...@innovativeinfotech.com> Fax: 732 985 9101 “Nationwide Certified Minority Women Based Enterprise (MWBE)” from WBENC Innovative Information Technology does not endorse undesired email.
