Qualifications Education and Experience Required: a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total). Must be located with team in Conway, AR and a documented American Worker. Knowledge and Skills Required: - 4+ years of technical knowledge and experience in HP ALM - Demonstrated success in a software consulting or as administrator of an HP ALM or Quality Center environment - Lead requirements gathering and design specifications meetings and workshops - Provide best practice and industry standard recommendations and solutions - Process expert on Quality Management process areas like Requirements Management, Test Management, Defect Management and Release Management - Technical Lead for the implementation, configuration, deployment and validation of the solution - 10+ years of experience with HP ALM tool and Quality Assurance processes - Experience with ALM Workflow customization, fields, and rules - Solid knowledge of Oracle DBMS - At least 5 years of computer programming experience is required - Work experience with System Development Life Cycle management methodologies - Administrative experience with apply patches, Server Maintenance, User Management, Security Groups and Access Management - Demonstrated success in large projects with Fortune 500 and/or State and Local customers - Excellent customer communication and presentation skills - Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems - Ability to present solutions persuasively - Excellent team skills - Ability to have a flexible schedule and work from a home office is required Desired: HP ALM Certification PMP Certification PL/SQL Unix Operating System HP ALM Integrations experience, especially with PPM* Warm Regards, *Roop* SR.
